A PDI provides you with an inspection and walk-through prior to possession of your new home. Great Gulf will act as your guide as you view your new home, and any incomplete, damaged, or missing items will be noted on your PDI form. When the inspection is complete, you or your appointed designate will be asked to sign the PDI form to ensure and confirm all listed deficiencies existed prior to occupancy.
