Your Statement of Adjustments (SOA) will be provided to your lawyer by our lawyer approximately 2-3 weeks prior to closing.  You can also find a list of known and unknown charges in your Tarion Addendum contained in your agreement of purchase and sale – please see Schedule B to Tarion Addendum – Adjustments to Purchase Price or Balance Due on Closing.  Keep in mind that typically you need to have an amendment to purchase price completed with your design consultant to have this included in your mortgage.  Please speak to your lender or broker to see their requirements.
